Unemployment rate in U.S

In the present month unemployment rate has been increased in U.S from 9.6% to 9.8% But in the last month the government has provided more than the expected jobs. In the month of march government has added more than 28,000new jobs this is the strongly monthly report in the which reduces the unemployment. some 800,00 workers reentered in the job market in the month of march but even though many of them did not find any jobs so the unemployment rate has been increased from 9.6% to 9.8%. the labor department counts the unemployment rate only if you are not having the job and searching for the job. If you are not having job and not searching for any job the department count you as discouraged worker and removes you from the market that may some times cause an artificial fall in the overall unemployment rate.
